Managing Your Account

Manage your personal information, addresses, security settings, communication preferences, orders, and account status from Account Settings. The options available to you may vary depending on your location and the features currently available on the Do Not Wish Platform.

1. Account Information

From Account Settings, you can update:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Password
  • Communication preferences

2. Password and Security

You can change your password at any time from Account Settings, or reset it from the sign-in page if you've forgotten it. If a password-reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before requesting a new one.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, reset your password immediately and contact support@donotwish.com.

Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Do Not Wish. Where available, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication for an added layer of protection on your account.

The FTC recommends two-factor authentication because it adds protection even when a password is compromised. See the FTC's account-security guidance.

3. Orders and Returns

From your account, you can:

  • View order status and history
  • Track shipments
  • Request an eligible return
  • Review refunds
  • Contact support about damaged, missing, unsafe, or incorrect items

4. Saved Information

From Account Settings, you can manage:

  • Saved addresses
  • Saved payment methods, if available
  • Size, category, or preference settings

Payment card details are processed and stored by our payment providers, not by Do Not Wish. See Payment Information for details.

5. Email and Communication Preferences

From Account Settings, you can manage:

  • Marketing emails
  • Product or Partner updates
  • Availability alerts
  • Transactional communications

Essential order, security, policy, and account-related messages may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing communications.

6. Privacy and Data Requests

For information about your data and how to exercise your privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy, where you can:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Correct your personal information
  • Request deletion where applicable
  • Manage cookies and consent preferences

7. Closing Your Account

You can close your account through Account Settings. If you cannot access your account, contact support@donotwish.com for assistance.

Before closing your account, please complete or resolve any active orders, returns, refunds, disputes, or other outstanding transactions. Account closure may not immediately delete all information associated with your account. Do Not Wish may retain certain records where required or permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. 8. Compromised Accounts

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, reset your password immediately and contact support@donotwish.com. Include the email address associated with your account, but never send your password or full payment-card information.
