Pricing & Currency

Why does pricing vary on Do Not Wish?

Do Not Wish is a marketplace platform connecting customers with a curated network of luxury brands and independent Partner boutiques worldwide. Because items are sourced from multiple Partners across different regions, pricing may vary depending on the seller, inventory location, and your delivery destination.

The same item may appear at different price points depending on where it is being fulfilled from. Placing an item in your shopping bag does not reserve it at a specific price.

Do Not Wish will always display the best available price for your destination at the time of order placement. To view the most accurate pricing, select your delivery destination on the website before browsing.

Which currencies are available?

The currency displayed at checkout is determined by your selected delivery destination. If your local currency is not available, your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate.

Cryptocurrency payments are coming soon. Do Not Wish will announce supported currencies and checkout details upon launch.

Do Not Wish will be introducing cryptocurrency as a payment option in the near future. Supported currencies and checkout instructions will be communicated upon launch.

Availability of payment methods, instalment options, and regional payment services may vary depending on your location, order value, currency, and payment provider. The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

When Will My Card Be Charged?

When an order is placed using a debit card, credit card, or PayPal, payment is initiated at the time of order placement.

Your funds will be placed on a temporary pre-authorization hold. This is not an official charge but confirms that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

The amount will only be officially charged once the order has been approved and prepared for shipment. At that point, the pre-authorization hold is automatically voided and replaced by the final charge.

If you cancel your order, the pre-authorization will be voided immediately. Your bank may take additional time to release the funds and update your statement.

Payment Security

Security checks are performed on all transactions at the time of purchase. Do Not Wish keeps all personal and payment information confidential and only discloses it with your consent or where required by law.

You may remove saved card details from your account at any time by following these steps:

  • Initiate a purchase to access the payment screen
  • Click "Edit" below your saved payment method
  • Delete the card information

For full details on how your personal information is handled, please refer to the Do Not Wish Privacy Policy.

PSD2 & 3D Secure Authentication

PSD2 is a European regulation designed to make online payments more secure. When placing an order within Europe, your bank may prompt you to verify your identity through 3D Secure authentication before the transaction is completed.

Authentication methods vary by bank and may include SMS verification, email confirmation, or biometric methods such as Touch ID. Once authentication is complete, your order will be confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation email.

To understand your bank's specific authentication process, contact your bank directly and ensure they have your current contact details on file.

If you experience difficulty placing an order, please contact Do Not Wish Customer Care for assistance.

Klarna — Buy Now, Pay Later

How does Klarna work?

Klarna is a third-party payment provider offering flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options. After placing your order on Do Not Wish, you will be redirected to Klarna to complete payment setup. Klarna will perform a soft credit search to assess eligibility, which does not affect your credit score.

To offer Klarna's payment methods, Do Not Wish may share your contact and order details with Klarna during checkout. Your data will be handled in accordance with Klarna's Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

To use Klarna, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid billing and delivery address in a market where Klarna is offered. Klarna Buy Now, Pay Later solutions are unregulated credit agreements and are subject to your individual financial circumstances.

Borrowing more than you can afford or making late payments may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Late fees may apply. Maximum spend limits apply per order by market:

  • France: EUR €1,500
  • Italy: EUR €2,000
  • United Kingdom: GBP £1,500
  • United States: USD $1,500

Cancellations & returns

Once Do Not Wish has accepted a cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments and process any applicable refund. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of return acceptance.

Late or missed payments

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment from the card provided at checkout on the scheduled due date. If unsuccessful, Klarna will make one additional attempt two days later. If that attempt also fails, a statement for the full outstanding amount will be issued, payable within 15 days.

Klarna will notify you two days before each payment is due via push notification, email, or SMS. Your credit score is not affected by using Klarna, even in the case of late payment. However, failure to pay may result in restricted access to Klarna services in the future and, as a last resort, referral to an external debt collection agency.

For full terms, visit Klarna's website. Do Not Wish is not responsible for Klarna's payment processing, eligibility decisions, or collection practices.
