Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Do Not Wish is a marketplace connecting you with independent retail Partners, boutiques, and brands. Where a Partner's own return policy is narrower than ours, theirs takes precedence and is shown on the product page before checkout. Overview

Do Not Wish operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent retail Partners, boutiques, and brands. Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy and, where applicable, the return policy of the retail Partner from whom the item was purchased.

Note: Do Not Wish works with multiple retail Partners, boutiques, and brands, each of whom may have their own return policy. Where a Partner's policy is narrower than ours, the Partner's policy takes precedence and is displayed on the product page prior to purchase.

Estimated delivery windows are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Timelines are subject to customs processing, carrier operations, payment verification, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain restricted locations may be unavailable for select products or carriers.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

If the retail Partner from whom your item was purchased has a stricter return window, that window applies and overrides Do Not Wish's 14-day policy. The applicable return window is displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

Example: If a Partner's policy allows returns within 3 days of delivery, customers purchasing from that Partner have 3 days to initiate a return, not 14.

Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund based on change of mind or similar preference-based reasons.

Discounted items: 60% off or more

Items marked at 60% off or more are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable. This designation is clearly indicated on the product description page and is confirmed at checkout prior to purchase completion. By completing a purchase of a Final Sale item, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sealed items opened after delivery, such as cosmetics, self-care, and fragrances
  • Swimwear and bikini bottoms, unless the hygiene seal is fully intact and the item is unworn
  • Lingerie, hosiery, and undergarments
  • Face masks and face coverings
  • Dangerous goods, including candles, fragrances, pressurized products, and battery-operated electronics
  • Made-to-order and custom items
Exception: These exclusions do not apply where a product is damaged, defective, unsafe, counterfeit, or materially different from what was ordered, or where a return or remedy is required under applicable law. Please contact Customer Care immediately upon receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met at the time of return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All identification tags, disposable seals, and brand labels must remain attached and unaltered
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging, including dust bags, shoe boxes, and authenticity cards where applicable
  • Item must not be damaged, altered, or show any signs of wear
  • The item returned must match the item identified in the submitted Return Request

Do Not Wish reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Where an item is returned in materially diminished condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect that loss of value.

Category-Specific Conditions

Footwear

  • Must be returned with the original branded shoe box in undamaged condition
  • Do not affix the return label directly onto the shoe box — place it inside a protective outer box
  • Soles must not be marked or damaged when trying on

Intimates & swimwear

  • Must be tried on over your own undergarments
  • Hygiene protection stickers must remain intact and undamaged
  • Items that have been worn or are soiled will not be accepted

Beauty & self-care

  • Must be returned in original, sealed packaging
  • Items cannot be used, opened, or altered in any way

Jewelry

  • Must be returned in the same condition received, including all branded packaging and documentation

Technology

  • Must be returned with all original manuals, accessories, and manufacturer packaging
  • Wrapper-sealed products must be returned in their original sealed condition

Retail Partner Return Policies

Do Not Wish Partners with a range of independent retail Partners, boutiques, and brands, each of whom may operate under their own return and refund policies. These policies may differ from Do Not Wish's standard return policy in the following ways:

  • Shorter return windows
  • Additional non-returnable item categories
  • Different refund methods or timelines
  • Partner-specific return conditions or packaging requirements

The applicable Partner return policy is displayed on each product page prior to purchase and confirmed at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Partner's return policy before completing a purchase.

Note: Where a Partner's return policy is more restrictive than Do Not Wish's, the Partner's policy governs. Do Not Wish's policy applies only where no stricter Partner policy exists.

How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be directed to Do Not Wish Customer Care. Do not contact the retail Partner directly. Follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  • Log in to your Do Not Wish account and navigate to Order History
  • Select the relevant order and click Return Items
  • Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return
  • A Return Authorization number, referred to as your RA number, and return instructions will be sent to your registered email address
  • Print the return label and follow the instructions provided
Guest orders: Returns can be initiated using your order number and the email address used at checkout, or by contacting Customer Care directly for assistance.

Each order must be returned separately. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single return shipment. Customers must retain the return postage receipt until the refund has been fully processed. Do Not Wish reserves the right to refuse any return request without valid proof of return postage.

Shipping & Return Fees

United States & Canada

Complimentary return shipping is provided via the pre-printed label included with your order. A return fee is deducted from the refund amount:

Customers outside the regions above are responsible for their own return shipping costs and should coordinate with their local carrier. Return packages should be sent via standard tracked shipping so the return can be confirmed on receipt.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and passes our compliance check, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. A confirmation email is sent upon processing.

Refund timelines by payment method

  • Credit/debit card: up to two billing cycles depending on your card provider
  • PayPal: credited to your PayPal account immediately; transfer to a linked card may take additional time

Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item on Do Not Wish's part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact Do Not Wish Customer Care within 14 days of delivery. Do not return the item without prior authorization.

If the return is accepted following review, the item will be refunded in full to your original payment method, including applicable taxes and original delivery costs. If Do Not Wish determines that no defect, damage, or error is present, a refund will not be issued. You will have 14 days from notification to arrange retrieval of the item at your own expense.

Exchanges

Do Not Wish does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Compliance & Fraud Prevention

Do Not Wish monitors return activity across all accounts. Accounts exhibiting patterns of return abuse may be subject to order restrictions or account suspension at Do Not Wish's sole discretion.

If returned items are found to be replicas, counterfeit, or not the items originally purchased from Do Not Wish, the return will be rejected. Do Not Wish reserves the right to retain both the returned item and the original purchase amount in such cases.
