Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Tracking information is typically updated within one business day after your order has been shipped.

Ownership and responsibility for goods transfers to you upon confirmed delivery to your specified delivery address. Do Not Wish assumes no responsibility for the goods from that point forward.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable duties, taxes, and import requirements vary by destination, product classification, country of origin, and local laws.

Your order total will include the product price and applicable shipping charges. Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, they will be displayed before you complete your purchase and are final. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by customs authorities or the delivery carrier before delivery.

Any additional charges for oversized, heavy, regulated, remote-area, expedited, or specially handled deliveries will be disclosed and confirmed at checkout; checkout is the final authority for all delivery, duty, tax, and special-handling charges.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Do Not Wish offers free shipping on all orders meeting the threshold of USD $400, or the equivalent in your local currency, as indicated in the table below.

Orders below the free shipping threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee based on your region and selected delivery method.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by Partner. Where a Partner operates under different shipping terms, those terms will be displayed on the product page and reflected in the delivery charge shown at checkout. The delivery charge shown at checkout is final and authoritative; Partners may not add delivery or shipping charges after checkout. The rates below reflect Do Not Wish standard shipping terms.

Order types

  • Eligible merchandise orders: items eligible for free shipping as indicated on the product page. Free shipping applies on orders over the threshold indicated below.
  • Restricted orders: items specifically excluded from free shipping as indicated on the product page. A flat shipping fee applies regardless of order value.

Free shipping thresholds are set at the equivalent of USD $400, converted at current exchange rates. Thresholds are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after promotional discounts and before taxes, duties, delivery fees, gift cards, or store credit.

Where an order includes items from multiple marketplace Partners shipped separately, you pay only one consolidated delivery charge per order.

If a Partner cancels an item after checkout and the remaining order falls below the free shipping threshold, we will not retroactively add a delivery charge. Similarly, if a partial return lowers your retained order value below the threshold, we will not retroactively deduct delivery charges from your refund solely for that reason.

Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time to qualify for next-day AM shipping where available.

We are currently unable to fulfill orders to Russia until further notice. Russia has been removed from International Group B.

Do Not Wish may, from time to time, offer free shipping promotions for a limited period. Promotional terms will be communicated via email or displayed on the website and app with at least 48 hours notice prior to expiry.

Do Not Wish reserves the right to modify, extend, or end any free shipping promotion at any time. Additional restrictions may apply. Accurate transit times are available at checkout.
